At Aadai9, we take pride in the quality of our outfits. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment is completed.

• This applies to both ready-stock and customised items.

Exchanges & Refunds

• Exchanges or refunds are only applicable in cases of:

  • Clear sizing errors

  • Stitching defects confirmed by Aadai9

• All requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, supported with clear photos.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

• Colour variation due to photography or screen settings

• Damage caused by improper care or washing

• Change of mind after purchase

• Wear and tear after use

All items are DRY CLEAN ONLY. Any colour run-off or damage caused by washing will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
